I've spent 15+ years building and managing affiliate programs across e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and marketplace verticals, working with networks including Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ, Everflow, and Amazon Associates.
I started Waypoint because I believe affiliate marketing should be a strategic growth engine, not just a coupon channel. My approach is boutique by design: lean expertise over agency bloat, incremental value over vanity metrics. I work directly with brands to launch programs, recruit the right partners, and optimize for revenue that actually moves the needle.
